Group Training Sessions
Our Transformation Programme includes 3 x 1-hour Group Training Sessions per week and start from just £8 per session (4, 8 and 12-week blocks available)
Progress Tracking
We track your progress through weigh-ins and progress pictures to ensure you are getting the results you are looking for.
Nutrition Guidance
We set you up so that your nutrition works hand-in-hand with your sessions so that you're achieving the best possible results. We also hold nutrition workshops which are included in our Programme too.
Full Induction Included
When you reserve a space, we get you booked in for a 30min induction to get you completely set up to get the best results right away on our Programme.

All of our sessions are fully coached - giving you peace of mind that you're doing all exercises correctly, doing the right exercises for your fitness level and the coach will also help you work around any existing injuries you may have.
All sessions are a combination of cardiovascular exercises, bodyweight exercises and strength exercises. That means that over the weeks you will be building your strength and fitness while also burning calories - so it is perfect in reducing body fat while also having you feel fitter and stronger!

Our Transformation Programme caters for all fitness and experience levels, and lots of the people that start may never have been in a gym or may not have exercised for a long time - but we'll work with you to go at your own pace so that you're seeing progress quickly and getting the most out of every session!
Every week you can book in for any sessions days and times that suit you. So if you need to work around your shift pattern or childcare etc. you can choose different days/times each week - we're super flexible!
Our Transformation Programme is 4-weeekly rolling - so it just means you can keep it going as long as you like or you can stop the Programme at 4-weeks notice, so you aren't trapped into a 12-month contract like some other gyms.
We're so confident that you'll love your sessions and results so much that you'll be with us for a long time - but we don't want to put off anyone who may be nervous about starting by asking you to commit long-term right away.
